Ryan Foncannon
Founder of Ollie Grant Private Wealth and Managing Partner at SWAN Virtual Family Office (VFO), a nationally recognized tax strategist and private wealth advisor.
He helps business owners and high-income earners legally reduce taxes, recover costs, and build long-term financial strategies. With nearly 20 years of experience and multiple industry awards, Ryan is known for delivering proactive, high-impact solutions that create real savings and peace of mind.

Kyle Lucianna
President of Operations & Compliance
Kyle Lucianna leads operations and compliance at Ollie Grant Private Wealth. He manages client onboarding, regulatory filings and recordkeeping, and the firm's technology and custodial platforms. It is the work behind the scenes that makes a client's experience feel simple.

Kyle joined Ollie Grant Private Wealth from M&T Bank, where he was a Senior Relationship Banker. Before that he was a Relationship Banker and Licensed Banker with JPMorgan Chase, working directly with individuals and families on their day-to-day banking and investment needs.
Andre Green
Vice President of Sales
Andre is an experienced Managing Partner and Executive Vice President with deep expertise in real estate investment, property management, and wealth-building strategies. A Series 65-licensed investment advisor, Andre combines sophisticated financial analysis with hands-on real estate experience to deliver exceptional results for clients and investors.
Gerson Gibbs
Kevin brings over two decades of operational excellence and strategic business development to his role as Operations Executive.
